Neglected Blog

Poor neglected blog...I haven't written here since August to update with new school photos...and before that it was several months between posts.  I admit it is so easy to post pictures and updates on facebook that my blog went to the wayside.  But, I believe my blog was a better way to share our family happenings in a much more organized fashion.

I'll do my very best to get my blog going again.  This way, some people who might get annoyed at too many photos of kids just won't have to look at them ;) and those who do can see what we're doing over here at the Youngblood Crew household.

I've turned my shop onto vacation mode this week to try to keep up with the ever growing list of orders (for which I'm VERY thankful) so that I can prepare for Lilly's 5th...yes, FIFTH! birthday party on Saturday.  Can't believe my sweet little girl is growing so fast.  I was looking through old photos (on fb, nonetheless!) the other day and was showing them to the kids and she was enamored with looking at herself as a baby....very fine blonde hair and the same cute grin and chubby squeezable cheeks.  I think I might just start a post with photos of her year to year.

Sean had a day off school today, so we went to Squirrel Lake Park to play, take a short hike and have a picnic lunch together.  The weather was beautiful and the time together was sweet.  I really enjoy days that Sean has off school and am already looking forward to Christmas break.  Here's a few shots from today:
